Policies

•   Air Conditioning is available for $500 surcharge.
•   Wedding reception pricing does not include table linens, centerpieces, food or alcohol. Our own optional centerpieces and are available for rental. Our tables are 72 inch round.
•   Southern Charm Venues only hosts wedding ceremonies if the reception is taking place on-site.
•   Booking an event requires a $3,000 deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to date of event.
•   Southern Charm venues does not accept credit cards at this time.
•   We do not permit alcohol "shots" as part of bar service.
•   We recommend that guests use Uber or other ride hailing services as needed. Our parking lot is secure for overnight parking.
